"Nice to actually know what was going on"
I liked that they kept me updated after I placed my order. I got emails when it was confirmed, shipped, and out for delivery, which made things easy. I know some people don’t care about order updates, but I like knowing where my stuff is, especially when I’ve already paid for it. Didn’t have to sit there wondering where my boots were. It was simple, smooth, and I had no issues at all

My order arrived fine, but the packaging was actually kind of plain and looked a little beat up. Nothing inside was damaged, which was good, but for the price I guess I expected it to look a bit nicer. Overall, not bad, but not great either

I ordered a pair of boots from Country Outfitter, thank goodness they turned out well because I’m so tired of boots that feel like a punishment to wear. I’m happy with the boots and shirts I ordered. The style is exactly what I was hoping for — that western/country look without feeling like a costume. They also looked really close to the photos, even down to little details like the stitching and the way the colors came through in person. One of the shirts fits a little boxier than I expected, especially around the sides, but it still looks good tucked in or worn open. Overall, I like everything and I’d order again.
